with those of our competitors on a weekly basis to ensure
we are at least competitive, if not more keenly priced. Our
deal with our supplier allows us to offer discount wood
blinds rather than “cheap” wood blinds, i.e. we keep the
quality.
- Fourthly, we already offer a guarantee on our wood
venetian blinds, but we have extended this to our pricing.
As prices can change often, we will refund the difference
plus 10% if you find the same blinds cheaper within 7 days
of your purchase. For the sake of clarity, it must be an
advertised price we can see online and we take into account
any postage charges.
- Next we looked at speed on delivery. Your order is sent
to our supplier at the same time it reaches us. That means
if we are busy your order still gets placed as soon as you
order. Standard delivery is usually just 3 working days,
but we are also happy to offer an express delivery for just
£15 per order, no matter how many blinds it is for. To take
advantage you just need to tick the box on the order form,
and order before 11.59am. Your order will then be delivered
next working day.
